306 Reasons You Should Vacation in Mexico

I’m a little late getting to this, but I’ve been meaning to post a link to the giant gallery of photos from the epic, 20+ restaurant food journey through Tijuana, Baja Ensenada and the Valle de Guadalupe. The trip, which included a large group of talented food writers and chefs, was an absolutely eye-opening experience. Squid Ink
Jun 25, 08:35 AM Comment [1]

As of today, I begin my work as a writer for Squid Ink, the LA Weekly food blog. I’m really excited about it and I think there are going to be a lot of good, fun posts coming out.

Thanks!

Coincidentally, as I was getting ready, J-Gold released his epic review of Mo-Chica, and it immediately made my list. I ate there a few days later with a couple of friends. So here, in no particular format, is my breakdown of those two meals.
